Standard Rate: $85.00 per hour per man for a 2-man crew, plus the cost of materials. The minimum service charge rate is $350.00 After Business Hours/Weekends Rate: $130.00 per hour per man for a 2-man crew, plus the cost of materials. The minimum service charge rate is $450.00

Authorization

Authorization: The owner or authorized representative of the specified jobsite address is granting permission for Planet Roofing Co. to perform the necessary work. Scope of Work: The authorization allows Planet Roofing Co. to use labor, materials, and equipment as they deem necessary to complete the project. This grants flexibility to the roofing company to make informed decisions during the course of the work.

Acceptance

I hereby confirm and acknowledge that I have submitted the authorization for the roof emergency project via the online form.
